Large Private accommodation
One person in a single room:

Large Private accommodation
Two people in a single room:
$3,907.16/month

Suites
A double room occupied by two people: $4,131.26/month
A double room occupied by one person: $3,522.614/month

 

 

The above rates are effective July 1st, 2024 and include all services, with the exception of telephone and cable which are the responsibility of the resident.
